What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express debit and credit cards or via PayPal.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping to the UK is FREE! Full shipping charges for each country are listed on the Shipping page.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. For more information, see the Shipping page.

My payment is pending, will you ship my order?

Most payments are instant, but please be aware that items will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared. If you are paying by eCheque this payment will take several days to clear.

My item has not arrived, what do I do?

Don't worry, we will resolve this together. Please be aware that once an item has been posted, the actual delivery to your door is beyond my personal control. If your order has not arrived within the time frame specified on the shipping page, please get in touch and I will get my investigator hat on to find out where it's wondered off to!

Will I be charged Customs and Duty?

Customs charges may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. Please see your individual country's policy on Customs and importing goods.

For customers in the EU the rules have changed recently and I'm currently unable to collect the tax and pay it on your behalf as the system has not been put in place in the UK yet. This means you WILL have to pay customs and tax in your own country before you receive your parcel. You MUST expect additional charges when the item(s) arrive in your country.

I have sensitive ears, can I wear your jewellery?

The most common jewellery allergy is a nickel allergy. All my jewellery is made from iron or stainless steel and does not contain nickel so it is generally suitable for sensitive skin.

However a nickel allergy is not the only metal allergy and you may still have a reaction to my jewellery if you have an allergy to another substance.
